Some photos taken today of the actual sites where all the Patty Hearst action went down in 1970s San Francisco. (except for the last one, which is “Tania” robbing the former bank in picture #2).

625 Morse Street = the Symbionese Liberation Army safe house where she was arrested in 1975.

The NEMS site is the former Hibernia bank she helped rob as “Tania”.

288 Precita = the SLA safe house of Bill & Emily Harris, where they were arrested.

There’s a new Dynamite Hemorrhage Radio (#57) dropping all over the place. You’re gonna get it on your face. All the way from the Land of the Free – but don’t blame me!

Stellar new material pockmarks this one, material from the likes of CCTV, Primitive Parts, Wet Blankets, Pierre and Bastien, Coneheads, The Shifters and Joanne Robertson.

We get a visit from five ghostly female folkies, ranging from our dark queen Sibylle Baier to newer purveyors of the form Weyes Blood & Maxine Funke.

Then there’s all the usual punk rock, noise, art, garage and trash rock we usually throw at you – 26 tracks in all this time, all in just under 80 minutes.

Stream or download Dynamite Hemorrhage Radio #57 on Soundcloud here.

Stream the show and some older shows on MixCloud here.

Download dozens of Dynamite Hemorrhage Radio episodes and subscribe to the show on iTunes here.

We have a new fanzine out. It’s a digital-only ‘zine, solely about books and authors called The Hedonist Jive Book Review – and it’s 100% free to download the PDF or read on your tablet, computer or even smartphone via Issuu.

We interview the amazing Jodi Angel, who’s written some of the most moving and transcendent short stories of this or any era. There’s a big piece on the Rick Perlstein trilogy on 1960s-1970s American upheaval and turbulence. I’ve even crafted “The Final Word in Defense of E-Readers”. And over 20 book reviews to round the thing out.

Sneaks from Washington DC. Minimal Electro Punk that’s so good I might pee myself when the LP finally comes out on Danger records. The tape on Sister Polygon was fantastic. Highly recommended!

We love Sneaks and are glad to see the tape’s been expanded with a bunch of new tracks.
